Upgrading to new released version

Ok, I have a few problems.
First, on January 29th 2010 we have ordered TChart 2009 (we have 8 licenses). Since then I've been using new license info when entering this forum. Well, today I tried to download new version of TChart and found out that this license has expired... The other ones I've tried seem to belong to someone else (at least the e-mail listed for them is not for our company at all).
Second, this is a little confusing: we have (or at least supposed to have) a valid license for TChart 2009 (which is version 4). A few days ago you have released TChart 2010 (which is also version 4). So the question is: is our license is valid for the 2010 version, or we should upgrade again?

This must be a mistake. Could you please contact our Sales Dept. at sales at steema dot com for that?

Yes, as long as you have a valid TeeChart for .NET subscription (they are for one year), you can download all new versions without having to upgrade your license.

Thanks in advance.
