Hi
We have some data for which contours doesn't seem to be connected properly.
Can you please let me know what is the actual problem and how can I fix it.
I have uploded a ready to run application with the mentioned data files on "
http://www.steema.net/upload" site.
File name is Contours.zip.
It contains three files for x, y and z data.

Hi Jeevan,
I'm afraid it's just data nature. You could try adding an additional column and row with similar Y values to see if Contour series automatically generates "connected" levels. Alternatively you could define your own custom levels as shown at the All Features\Welcome !\Chart styles\Extended\Contour\Custom Levels example in the features demo available at TeeChart's program group.

Hi Narcis
Thanks for your reply.
I didn't quite understand how using custom levels will solve this issue. Actually we are using custom levels and even then it showed similar reason.
Also we tried plotting same data in Matlab and it worked nicely.
Can you please help me with this.

Hi Jeevan,
Could you please attach here an image showing us the result that Matlab is giving to you with that points?

Hi Yeray
I have attached the snapshot from Matlab

Hi Jeevan,
We are getting the same result than you. I've added it to the wish list to be revised for further releases (TF02014896).
