Hello Candy,

The WebServer Run-time license doesn't require any specific usage, it's only a legal permission from Steema Software to deploy your TeeChart applications to a web-server environment. You just need to install TeeChart developer licenses in developer machines and deploy applications as described in tutorial 17. Tutorials can be found at TeeChart's program group.

Hi Candy,

For each developer license you hold you should have a license number and a password. With those keys and your client number you can obtain your licensed products at the client download area. If you have lost your license password or for further licensing issues please contact our Sales Dept. at sales at steema dot com.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Candy,

Are you already developing in the production server ? The evaluation version watermark indicates the developer license is not correctly installed on the machine. Please uninstall any evaluation version you may have installed in the machine. If problems persists please check the steps I posted here.
