Installation failures

I am having several problems with my new TeeChart Installation:
Windows 7 Professional 64bit
Visual Studio 2010
TeeChartNET2010VSNET2010_4.1.2010.09283
During installation I receive an error "Could not execute the external program C:\PROGRA~2\Microsoft Help Viewer\v1.0\HelpLibManager.exe." I am not given the option to continue. The installation seems to stop there before updating the start menu or the VS2010 toolbox. However, it does seem as though all of the files are installed, and I do have an entry in the Control Panel -> Programs.
If I navigate to the ../TeeChart../Demoproject directory to try and run the examples, I am able to execute the WPFDemo (I can compile this successfully as well with the appropriate TChartWPF.dll reference), but the WinForms project fails to execute. Furthermore when I open the project in VS2010 I get the following after loading the TeeChart.dll reference.
"Exception occurred creating type 'Steema.TeeChart.TChart, TeeChart, Version=4.1.2010.9283, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=9c8126276c77bdb7' System.ComponentModel.LicenseException: An instance of type 'Steema.TeeChart.Chart' was being created, and a valid license could not be granted for the type 'Steema.TeeChart.Chart'. Please, contact the manufacturer of the component for more information."
I am surprised at all of these errors after a straightforward install. A search of the forum suggests this has been going on for some time (since August), but none of the fixes that I have been able to find have been successful.
Thanks,
Scott
