I just loaded new release of TChart 2010 and noticed a few problems.

I had tested placing images on various shapes. Well, if I have a rounded rectangle the image will not show up unless I set its style to Tiled. It is broken on all Headers, Footers, Marks, Legends and any other shape in the system.

I can reproduce your problem with shapes and image and I have added your request in bug list report with number[TF02015436]. We will try to fix it in next maintenance releases of TeeChart.Net
