TeeChart 2010 Installation Problem

Hi,

I'm unable to install TeeChart 2010.

After entering the licence number and password I'm presented a form to connect directly to internet or by proxy. I'm behind a proxy server, so I select proxy option. Then I need to enter proxy name and proxy password.

I've tried: proxy address and port number, proxy address and my proxy account password, proxy account name and password, but none of the combinations I try seems to work because I get a message that my license number and/or password is not valid. I've tried to use the phone or email option, but after entering the license number I still get message that my licence number is not valid.

I'm running Windows XP SP3, having VS 2005, 2008 and 2010 installed, as well as TeeChart 3. I'm working on different projects so I need to have all versions installed.

Hello cjherasmus,

By default the activation is done via internet and it will fail if you don't have internet connection or a firewall blocks the installer access to the internet. Anyway, you can write an e-mail Sales Dept. at sales at steema dot com. providing the key the installer generated to register the product manually if the installer fails to connect to the internet and prompts you to do so.
