SeriesAnimation Tool is not working

Hi Steema Support,
We are working on a project which is being developed in Silverlight and we are using TeeChart For Dot Net 2010. In this we have different charts and we are trying to create animation effect in some series. But somehow while we are using SerieAanimation tool it does not affect anything. We are using following code to do so:
Please tell us what we are doing wrong.
Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
