Null pointer exception

Hi, we have an alternately recurring issue when we are compiling new versions of our product which uses teechart.
When we try to create a new teechart we get a null object (I think a license exception is thrown within your code but hidden from our app. code).
This happens in some versions of our builds but not in all of them.
All the builds are done in the same computer,
windows 7 32 bit using visual studio 2010 , target framework .net 3.5.
We are referencing Teechart version 2 , we tried referencing .NET2 or.NET1.1 versions
but can't say that one works and the other does not.
Any idea on how to fix this issue?
(The only work around for now is to install teechart on the client's computer, which is not an option for us).
Thanks,
Omer
