How to display custom vertical axis labels on BOTH sides

Is there an easy way to display custom vertical axis labels on BOTH sides of a series instead of writing code to do this?

I am afraid if you want achieve manipulate custom labels in both sides of vertical axes you need changed these by code. It is few complicate and you have any examples to achieve it in the easy way.
