If you try to set legend visible with chart editor and you close it it is unchecked again when you come.

Other thing, is when I saved the chart the margin was correct but after opening it isn't... Why sometimes it is not the same margin after open?

I'm sorry, I'm afraid I don't fully understand what your requests are here. Could you please provide the code that created the legend.ten file so I can compare it to what is actually in it?
