TeeChart show too slowly?

I develop a program, using TeeChart display curve and use winpcap 4.1 for Ethernet communications a controller.But TeeChart show too slowly (about 20 seconds) in form loading. If I break the net cable and TeeChart show soon.I use teechart for .net 4.1.2015.08060.

This could be related to the digital certificate we use to sign TeeChart.dll. I suggest you try the unsigned TeeChart.dll which you can find under the NoDigitalCertificate folders of each .NET Framework version, e.g.
