ScrollPager with Bar chart has multiple entries and overlap.

Hello,
I am using a ScrollPager and for some reason for Bar and HorizBar the tool is not working correctly.
1) the bars in the top chart overlap.
2) the bars in the bottom are doubled.
The code I used is:

Is there a way to fix this?
