Need support to move license

Hi Team,

We are using Techart with the following details.

Customer Number: M1643808
License Number: 16071319

The machine where the application installed is crashed and cannot be recovered. How we can install another instance on the new machine and activate it?

Hi Devendra,

ok, in order to reactivate, you just have to download (in the case you don't have) the license file and do the activation again by using the tool we sent.
In any case, I've just sent information to Steema sales department so they can contact with you and resend again the required license information that you need to do the activation.
