Illegal dialog on WebForm

After upgrading from the TeeChart .NET v2 Eval to the real version I get an error using TeeChart on a WebForm (codebehind). The error is:

"It is invalid to show a modal dialog or form when the application is not
running in UserInteractive mode. Specify the ServiceNotification or
DefaultDesktopOnly style to display a notification from a service
application"

I think that this (illegal) dialog it telling me that I'm running under an expired eval-license. Am I right? But your license seems to be valid. The Feature Demo and other TeeChart related software seems to be working fine.

During installation of both the Eval and the real version on you server I get 3 error regarding Toolbo~1.exe and TeeGof~1.exe. But as far as I know that's because no VS is installed on the server and not related to the licenseproblem.

What an I doing wrong?

Best regards

Hi Lars,

You can try running the registration utility, available on our customer download area, on your problematic machine. If this doesn't help, you should read "Tutorial 17 - Designtime, Runtime and License Requirements". You'll find TeeChart tutorials at its program group.
