Can't Print TeeChart Image

I have 2 problems when using TeeChart, please help.
1. My chart using 2 series, one polar and one pie, the pie chart is smaller and place in the front. The polar chart is bigger and stay in the back.
But after I download a new release(22nd Dec. 2005 ) of teechart from your web site, there are some errors appear on my chart. The Pie chart in the front and all fonts enlarged. Please help to check what's the problem with the new release.
2. I use TeeChart in my web application. When client user want to print the chart page, there is no chart image in the print out. Can you tell me what to do in order to let user print the chart.

Dear Sir,
When I try to do "Print Preview" in IE, I can't see the chart image. And also I can't print the image. It's not happen to all machine in my office. But it happens to all machines in my client's office. I have no idea why this happen. Do you have any idea about it?
I have post the attached document to public server to show the screen dump. I think it can help u to get the idea. The post subject is "Can't print and preview print with IE".

Dear Sir,
I can view the images other than TeeChart image in 'Print Preview' mode.
Can you let me know the information / system configuration you need to fasten your investigation?

Dear Foon Lui,
I've received an e-mail with an example showing the first problem which we confirm as a bug (TF02011235) which I've added on our defect list to be fixed for future releases.
Regarding the Print preview issue, it works fine here doing File>Print Preview in Internet Explorer. What should we do to reproduce this issue here?

Dear Sir,
For the Print Preview problem:
When I right-click the picture and save it as image, the saved file is not an image file. The file contains some html codes.
I've tried the same thing in a machine which do not have 'Print Preview' problem with TeeChart image. The saved file is a .png image file and can be opened and viewed by image viewing tool.

Dear Foon Lui,
It works fine here using IE 6.0.3790.1830, running a WebForm with a WebChart object on it and then saving it to a file IF you name the file as a *.png file.

I'm having the same problem exactly with printing not working.
The problem only occurs in internet explorer, not firefox.
I'm using version 6.0.2900.2180 of IE.
When i right click the image, and choose save picture as, i get this in IE:

Hi Pratty,
Images Webchart generate are .png format. Have you tried saving the image as .png as I suggested to Foon Lui in my last reply?

No, that's what I did to get the results as in my previous email.
I'm wondering whether its a bug in the version of internet explorer I'm using. I noticed that you're using a newer version than me.

I've just installed IE7, and am still getting the same problem. IE doesn't seem to recognise that the url
http://myserver/GetChart.aspx?Chart=cha ... 4715267824
is pointing to an image. Therefore printing and right click - save image won't work, but only in internet explorer. Works perfectly in Firefox and Opera.
I should mention that I'm using the Session based implementation of GetChart.aspx.

Hi Pratty,
There are a couple of known issues which may be related to the problems you are having:
There's an issue, reported
here, about the chart file extension not being passed at the URL. However, this is an issue with TempChart set to File. Otherwise WebChart applications work fine here in IE7. If the problem persists, could you please send us a simple example project we can run "as-is" to reproduce the problem here?

Hi Narcís,
I have tried printing. In Firefox and Opera it works, but in IE, the chart image show up with the missing image icon in the print preview and is missing in the actual print output.
