Disappearing series

Hi,

I've encountered this problem on a few occasions before and finally decided to describe it here.

I have a scatter plot where both X and Y axis have the range of roughly (-2, 15). If I zoom it (using the mouse) so that the visible area is located in the bottom-left corner of the plot AND the area is small enough, the series becomes invisible even though the displayed area *does* contain valid data points.

I'm using version 2.0.2306.26231. My chart has 22300 data points.

Could you please send us an example we can run "as-is" and the exact instructions we need to follow to reproduce the problem here?

Hi,

This problem has been confirmed by Steema support for cases when a point series is displayed using log-scale axes. TeeChart will NOT display data points with small values (close to the low bottom-left corner of the display), when this area is being zoomed on. This is a serious problem.

I'm approaching a version 1 release so I will need a solution to this problem - it is not acceptable for me to release a software that doesn't display data points under certain conditions. I would like to know if there is any chance of Steema fixing this problem within the next 4-6 weeks or should I be looking at workarounds.
