And does it has the function to plot test type data for graph series?

Have you seen the Cumulative function? You can find an example at All Features\Welcome !\Functions\Extended\Cumulative in the features demo which is available at TeeChart's program group.

And does it has the function to plot test type data for graph series?

All TeeChart series have FillSampleValues method, you could populate the source series of the function using this method.
