Increasing the time of hot spots

I am showing some significant data on a series (on a webchart) using the hot spots. I want to increase the time for which the information is displayed on the hot spots.

Please suggest how this can be done?

I'm afraid this is not possible for now. I'll add your request to our wish-list to be considered for inclusion in future releases.
