I am looking at moving my application from using TeeChart .NET 2005 V2 to V3. I verified I could compile and perform some basic operations. I am wondering if there are any known issues I should be aware of before I commit to using V3?

No, there should be no problem provided that your v3 is properly installed and license and TeeChart assembly reference properly upgraded in your project.
