We are getting following error after deploying the TeeChart dll in the users desktops.

Exception: An instance of type 'Steema.TeeChart.Chart' was being created, and a valid license could not be granted for the type 'Steema.TeeChart.Chart'. Please, contact the manufacturer of the component for more information

It is critical for the release of our product. Please reply back asap.

Could you please read Tutorial 17 - Designtime, Runtime and License Requirements? Here it is explained how TeeChart's license control system works. You'll find the tutorials at TeeChart's program group.

We were able to resolve this problem by recompiling and renaming our assembly. Tutorial didn’t help.
