Bar Graph with additional line

Have a bar graph working, I need to mark an additional value on each bar with a line. Is this possible?

Yes, you can use the Annotation tool.

Understand about the series. But can't see how that can work in this case. I have for example a value of 45%, scale I have set 0 to 100. I then want a black mark on bar at 31% which i want to plot ontop of the original bar.

thanks, just work out I can plot a line graph on top of the bar grah to give me what I need.
