Increase Selectable Area for a ColorLine

Hi There

We are using TeeChart on a small touch screen PC. It is very hard to drag a ColorLine as the user has to be very accurate with his finger to initially click on the line he wishes to drag. Is there some way we can increase the selection area without having to increase the thickness of the displayed line?

Just a note. We have 4 Colorlines on the screen at the same time so can’t just jump the ColorLine to the finger when a user touches the screen since we don’t know which one he wanted to select in the first place.

Hi Rocket,

ColorLine tool should have ClickedTolerance property available which by default is 3. However it can't be accessed at the moment. I've added this (TF02012550) to our defect list to be fixed for future releases.

Hi there

Does anyone know if this has been added to the latest version of TeeChart?

Hi Rocket,

Yes, this was implemented in November 2007 release (Build 3.2.2866.23885/6) as you can see in the release notes.
