Chart export Error ( Jpg, GIF, Png ... )

My Teechart .NET V3 's Versiong is ( build 3.2.2868.26903 )

In using " Feature Demo " > "All Features " > "Welcome!" > "Exporting "

> " Chart picture " > "JPEG" ,"Gif " , "PNG" ,

When I saved the chart in jpeg file format or GIF file format

the saved file's picture is only the "Black Colored box " .

The same situation is become to my C/S program .

Is this a bug ?

or How can i Fix this Situation

Hi kiolol,

Yes, this is a known bug which has already been fixed for the next maintenance release which we expect to be out during next week.

I'm also affected by this bug. Is this now fixed in the latest release (3.2.2894.29190/1) - I couldn't see mention of it in the release notes.

Yes, this was detected internally before any client reported it and immediately fixed in our sources so this may be the reason this wasn't included in the release notes.
