TeeChart for WinCE

I have a Teechart version for win Ce but this version is not strong name. I would like to know if they are a new Strong name version of Teechart for winCe.

my version is 2.0.2489.20951

but I'm sorry it is a StrongName! I check the wrong property item in the bowser properties.
