Hi

I have a barchart, and I want to paint the canvas to indicate limits for the data represented (an area in the middle should be light-green, and the areas on either side should be light-red)

How do I do this?

Hi Lars,

I recommend you to set the back wall color to light-red and us a ColorBand tool for the light-green area. You'll find ColorBand's examples at All Features\Welcome !\Tools\Color Band in the features demo, available at TeeChart's program group.

Sorry, I guess I wasn't specific enough. I want the colored areas to be vertical. As far as I can see in the examples, ColorBands are horizontal, can they be used vertical as well?

Nevermind, I figured it out. The colorband.axis should be set to my charts bottom axis and it works like a charm. Thanks for the help
