Crash with many points

Dear All,

I am using TeeChart 1.1.1544.23908 version and there are some problems when I have multiple series in the chart with many points. I have a 5 minutes for 3 years (2004 to 2007). It sometimes crashes on som machines with the chart crossed out by red line as GDI+ was not loading properly but it does work okay with less point.

Another things, I found it very slow adding points to those series as well.

Could anyone please advise how to handle with this?

Hi Leng,

First of all, please notice that there are much newer releases of TeeChart for .NET v1 available at the client area.

Could you please try using latest build available and check if the problem persists? If so, could you please send us a simple example project we can run "as-is" to reproduce the problem here?
