Problem in image saving

Hi,

I am using TChart for showing data in 3D shape. I am using this code

tChart1.Export.Image.Bitmap.Save( saveFileDialog1.FileName );

given in your example to save data as bitmap. But after saving the data

as image, it is showing black screen image.

Can you please give me the solution?

Hi Raed,

Thanks for the information. We couldn't reproduce the issue here using latest TeeChart for .NET v3 maintenance release available at the client area. Which TeeChart version are you using?

I am using TeeChart.dll version 3.2.2868.26903

Hi Raed,

This is quite an old version. As you can read in the release notes a number of versions have been published since build 3.2.2868.26903 and therefore several issues have been fixed. Would you be so kind to uninstall your current version and try using latest TeeChart for .NET v3 release available at the client area?
