When I just show the gallery - it looks nice with all the little buttons showing that there is a sub-gallery... Once I click on any of the buttons - they change the look, in particular the background changes, the little button is gone (even though I can still click there). I consider it as a bug and we'd like it to be fixed, since this is our application, which will suffer from it.

Thanks for reporting. I've been able to reproduce the issue here and added it (TF02013429) to the defect list to be fixed for future releases.
