Problem with zoom in webchart

I am using Internet Explorer 7. When the web page is scrolled vertically to the top position, zoom on a webchart works properly. Otherwise, the zoom does not zoom into the correct position.

Could you please send us a simple example project we can run "as-is", let us know the steps we should follow to reproduce the problem here and also let us know the exact TeeChart version you are using?
