Ok, this time I know, I had to check them out on every object, that supports them. So, here are the results:

• Titles and legend (but not title on the legend - this one seems to have no problems) - even though you can set them up - do not draw at all
• Panel and marks - you can set their width, but if I use your editor, set the width, switch to a different page (say, legend) and come back - the width is reset to 1
