TeeChart 1.0 to TeeChart 3.5

I've downloaded TeeChart 3.5 for to look into upgrading .Net 1.1 projects to .Net 3.5 projects. With both loaded onto my development machine I can longer run the .Net 1.1 solution. The solution compiles just fine, but the forms (in the IDE and at run time) appear with the TeeChart controls missing. Has anyone encountered this issue? If so, how was it resolved?

In which version of Visual Studio are you experiencing those problems and which TeeChart versions do you have installed on your machine?
