Critical error on Win98

I've built an exe in Delphi5, without any packages, using latest TeeChart Pro 706 VCL.
When trying to start this exe on Win98 or WinME I get system error message:
"ERROR_BAD_FORMAT
An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format."

Same exe is working properly on Win2k, WinXP, WinNT4.0

I can make my exe work on Win98 by removing all TeeChart stuff from my sources.
Also there is no problem, when I build my exe with package TeePro75.

Please anybody help!!

p.s.
This problem was with previous (705) TeeChartPro also.

Could you please give us some additional information about your project and which TeeChart components are you using on it?
