Frequent crash involving TeeChart on ASP .NET

Frequent Intermittent ASP .NET Crash with configuration error reported.

Problem requires a restart as the temp internet files created cannot be deleted as the asp_net process continues to run and restart if killed

Do you have a reference to the TeeChart.Languages.dll in your ASP.NET project?
