Why can I not turn off 3D?

I am having a difficult time turning off 3D. Using the '3D' tab I can turn of the check mark and the chart in visual studio while still editing updates to show just 2D. However, when I actually run the application the left and bottom axis remain 3D.

This was a known issue which we fixed in the latest Debug Build available at our Customer Download Area. Can you please download it and confirm that it works at your end?
