Crash when adding new ColorLine in EndDragLine handler

I added a ColorLine to the chart and an EndDragLine for that ColorLine.

In the handler if I add a new ColorLine to the Tools of the chart I get a crash later on "Collection was modified..."

Is adding new tools in event handlers a prohibited operation?

Thanks for reporting, this is certainly a bug (TF02011501) which I've added to our defect list to be fixed for future releases.
