Chart scrolling with the mouse

Hi

When I drag the chart area with the right button of the mouse, the view scrolls. However, as soon as the mouse leaves the chart area, the scrolling stops and doesn't resume even if the mouse comes back over the chart area without being released. This makes scrolling require more mouse work than necessary. Typically applications capture the mouse and keep scrolling until the mouse button is released.
