Top abd bottom error bar not retained in TEN file

It appears that if the error bar type of top and bottom is set, it is not retained correctly in the ten file. All other types Left, Right etc are retained correctly.

Hi Adrian,

I could reproduce the issue here and added it (TF02011907) to our defect list to be fixed for future releases.

I notice in the latest V3 release this STILL isn't fixed. Can you give me an update on where this problem is regarding a fix please.
