Exception when adding a Color Line Tool

Version: 1.1.2531.28391

Steps to reproduce:

1/ Add a chart
2/ Add a bar series
3/ Add random data
4/ In TeeChart Editor, select "Tools"
5/ Select "Axis"
6/ Select "Color Line"
7/ Click "Add"
8/ (Leaving all defaults) In the "Value" field, type a letter (not a number)

A System.Format Exception occurs.
Additional information: Input string was not in a correct format.

Conclusion: This field should ensure the user can only input numbers.

Hi VH1,

This was fixed in TeeChart for .NET v2 and I've just applied the same fix in TeeChart for .NET v1 sources.
