Can't Print TeeChart Image

Hi Pratty,

Sorry but I forgot to mention that also works fine here using Print or Preview methods with latest TeeChart for .NET v2 maintenance release available at the client area.

Hi Narcís,

I've uploaded a simple test to your upload site. The project is zipped up as TestPrintAndPrintPreview.zip.

If I use the print and print preview features of IE, i get a missing picture box showing up.

Hi Pratty,

Thanks for your example project. I have been able to run it here and print the chart correctly using print and print preview features from IE7 7.0.5730.11. Which browser version are you using? Also please notice that the TeeChart version you are using is from January 2007 and since then some new builds have been posted at the client area.

Should we follow any concrete instructions to reproduce the problem here?

Hi Narcís,

I'm using version 7.0.6000.16414 of internet explorer.

I've also had the same problem with version 6 of internet explorer.

However, I had assumed that i was using the April 6 release of Teechart as that is the last version I have installed. I'll uninstall it, and try reinstalling the April 6 release.

There aren't any concrete constructions to produce the problem. Simply, run the website, and try to print or print preview, and voila, no chart in the print/print preview.

.... Ok, I've reinstalled, and the problem still exists with the April 6th version.

Hi Narcís,

It happens on all machines. I haven't been able to find one that it does work on. Only happens in IE (all versions).

If we go here and use either print or print preview features in IE7 works fine for us. Can you please confirm that the same happens on your browser with this very chart?

Sorry but I have no more ideas on how to proceed with this issue since the page we suggested works fine at your end, the application project you sent also works fine here and we haven't been able to reproduce the issue here.

If you find a consistent way so that we can reproduce this problem here please let us know.
