Folks,
With your latest and greatest version, TeeCharts 8, has the ability to produce a smoothly rounded 3-D pie chart been improved since previous versions?
I have to export the chart to file so I can import it into an RTF document (using WPTools). The export is done with SaveToMetafileEnh() (previously I was using CreateChartMetaFile()).
Although they have been improved over the years, as of TeeCharts 7 the exported 3-D pie charts were still not smoothly rounded, no matter how the added anti-alias routines are applied.
Please let me know!
Regards,
richard diamond

Hi JazzMan,
New TAntiAliasTool has been implemented but it is not perfect with pie series yet. You may want to try the fully functional evaluation version of TeeChart Pro v8 VCL available at http://www.steema.com/downloads/form_tch_vcl.html.

Hi JazzMan,
You're welcome!
Yes, sorry. The error is the last point in the URL. Should be this:

Narcís,
Excellent. I've now grabbed the download, and will play with it, see how things (no pun intended) stack up.
While I'm not looking for perfection necessarily (although I wouldn't mind that!), a less-obviously jagged rendering of the edges of the 3-D pie chart, or one that is more evenly rounded in appearance would be great!
