Scroll & Zoom Tool is not working webchart

Hello Friends

I am facing problem in webchart whatever I get is an image so i could not do anything. I can not scroll it or zoom it.

If you have any example of webchart than please help me.

I am using visual studio 2005 -> Asp.Net -> C#
