can i m using old TeeChart Pro v6 ActiveX Control like TeeCommander

how i m using TeeCommander in new TeeChart for .NET v3

Or

How i m change chart opton using javascript b/c Rapidly change

Sorry but we will need a little more information to be able to help you. In which kind of application would you like to use TeeCommander, a WinForms or WebForms example?

Please notice that TeeCommander is not supported in ASP.NET applications with TeeChart for .NET v3.
