when labels are shown vertically Yaxis doesn't show up fully

Hi

I have a bar chart. Now when i show labels vertically then chart becomes small and the y axis does not show up completely. Due to this the tall bars only show up partially and the rest is cut. For example if y axis maximum is set to 100(i need to set maximum) and if the labels are set to horizontal orientation its fine. But if the labels are set to 90 degree orientation then say the tallest bar is at 90 , then it will be only shown till 80 and rest of it and yaxis is not shown. Is there a way to show up the axis arrows on y axis only when this happens so taht in that case user can scroll y axis and can see reat of chart.
