how do I know that the mouse is over a chart axis label

I want to change the cursor if the mouse is over an axis title. Is there any way to check this in the onMouseMove?

Current version does not support this feature. The ClickedPart supports only basic chart elements like series, chart axis, chart title, but not individual chart axis elements like labels, axis title, ...
