How to draw the bubble chart on TeeChart?

Hi,

Could someone show me how to draw the following chart on TeeChart componment(V3.5).

Data:
X=1 , Y=1 , Radius=5
X=0.7 , Y=1 , Radius=1
X=0.9 , Y=1 , Radius=1
X=1.1 , Y=1 , Radius=1
X=1.3 , Y=1 , Radius=1
...
