D7 Ent, TeeChart Pro 7, QuickReport 3.6.2 Install Problem

Man this is getting old. Everytime I have to install this tool it takes me an entire day -- and no, I'm not an idiot.

I just finished installing TeeChart Pro 7. The file "install.txt" in my \teechart7\Delphi7 folder refers to the file "install.txt" in \teechart7\Delphi7\QuickReport. This file DOES NOT exist. Can someone tell me where I can find this file? I am trying to resolve the error "QrTee was compiled with a different version of QuickRpt.TQRPrintable".

you can find the steps you must do in the following post (it's for Delphi 5 and TeeChart 5.02, but the same approach can be used for Delphi 7 and TeeChart v7, of course, with changed package names):
