I try install TeeChart 7.12 component in Windows 7, but receive exception in TeeRecompile.exe log:

Cannot delete registry value: $(DELPHI)\Bin\dcltee70.bpl

Is is possible that the user you logged in with, hasn't rights to write in the windows registry?
Try to "Run as Administrator" the TeeRecompile tool.
