Cursor tool ... mouse over cursor

Greetings ,

Can I change the mouse cursor when I hover over a cursor tool .... it has a property

public Cursor OriginalCursor {get; set;} to re-instate the mouse cursor ...

is there a property to tell it to use a different mouse cursor such as a hand etc when one is over the Cursor Tool.
