Problem with Panning (scroll) property

State of this property is not stored correctly. Scrolling mode is always reseting to "Both" value and the only way to disable scrolling in charts is to use this.tChart.Panning.Allow = Steema.TeeChart.ScrollModes.None in runtime.

This is an old problem, I wrote about it already but it is still here.

yes, it's a known bug, already added on our bug list. We'll try to fix it for the next maintenance releases.
