Setting width of the Axis

In my window I have two Tcharts next to each other (Top and Bottom). However the range of the Y Axis is different for the two. Y Axis range for one is: -20 to -110 and for another: 10 to -50. Since the max value for one is 3 digits, it takes more space then the another one, thus the two charts are not aligned. (See the attached image)

Is there a way I can set the width of the Axis labels, so that the two charts are aligned?
